Figure Décorative is a small company that produces every single piece with traditional and artisanal process.
Each item is unique, hand made produced and manifactured 100% in Tuscany. Figure Décorative is not an industrial project therefore it doesn't have a stock.
This is why we need 10 days for shipping. During this times italian craftmen are working on the creation of your article.
We hope in your satisfaction but if you are not completely happy with the goods you have received we guarantee your money back.
You can return them to us within 10 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition, following the instructions below:
-Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Download, print and fill in the return form and put it inside the box you send back
-Sent via mail or express courier the items within 10 Days of receipt
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been damaged, worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Return must be covered by the customer.
- Please download, print off, and complete the return form
- Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.
- Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

- All returned items need to be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Figure Decorative return services are only valid in the original country to which an online order was shipped.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size, color or model.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned goods.
Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
Receiving a refund
All return that are shipped back within the 10-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. The transaction takes up to 30 bank days. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.
